Wow, Layla turned 6 months old today! She went to the Dr. for her check up. She weighed 13 lb 7.5 oz (10th %) and was 26 1/4 inches long (75th %). She's still long and skinny. She got 4 shots, including a flu shot, and she barely let out a little cry with the initial stick. What a trooper. She's small, but tough.
I'm getting a vintage photo taken of her on Thursday. I can' t wait. It will be a 1920's theme. Then, on Friday we're heading to First Monday Trade Days in Canton. A full day of some serious shopping...I hope Layla's up for it. She does love her shopping.
Jonathan will be doing some moving about soon. Keep him in your prayers. He's taking over a big position as Brigade engineer. He'll be coming home for R&R at the end of October. We're planning a trip to CA to see his side of the family and to introduce Layla to the rest of her family. We're excited about it.
