It's been a while since my last post, but I've got an excuse. My internet was cut off. It was the provider's fault. Now, it's been 8 days without service. Everyday they give a different excuse, and on several days I was told it would come back on that day. Now, they're telling me it will come back on June 10! What a waste. We're leaving to fly home on the 15th. It's hardly worth turning it back on.
On a better note, Layla and I are counting down the days til we head home. Nine days!! We're in the single digits now. We're slowly packing. It's hard to decide what you need to take to last you a year. We're going to use every bit of our luggage allowance. Luckily we have a friend taking us to the airport. It's very nice of her, considering we'll have to leave about 4:00 in the morning.
Layla has been so fun lately. She's cooing and laughing so much. I can hold a "conversation" with her. She makes me laugh every time. She is having some problems falling asleep at night. It's been about 1:00 in the morning before she finally just crashes. The good thing is, she sleeps til about 6:00 before waking up to eat. A neighbor let us borrow a swing, which she usually likes and sometimes takes a nap while swinging.
I'll have to save the cute pics for a later post. The internet connection here is not fast enough to upload pics.
