Christmas and more

Christmas seems like a million years ago, but it was a good one. We spent the weekend at Oma and Pa's house. We had Christmas Eve tamales and opened presents between each other. We got Layla a LeapPad Explorer. She had played with one at a friend's house back in October and really liked it. When she opened it up, she knew exactly what it was, and she was so excited. She turned it on and immediately began to play.

The next morning, she opened presents from Santa. She was super excited about her Rapunzel, Belle and Cinderella dolls. The babies got their own taggies lovies and a "chew toy".

New Year's Eve is pretty uneventful when you have babies to put to bed, but that's o.k. Jonathan was at the deer lease, so I relaxed and watched  a movie. New Year's Day I took some pics of the kiddos. They turned out really cute.

The twins had their first taste of cereal today. Austen loved it. I put the spoon in her mouth, and she sucked it right up. She ate her whole bowl. Addison, on the other hand, hated it. After the first taste, whenever she saw the spoon coming, she reared back and with an awful look on her face. I don't think she actully ate much at all. Hopefully she'll get better.
